This User-Generated Content (“UGC”) Agreement applies to all users of our mobile application

ORB. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the following terms regarding any

content you upload, share, create, submit, or display inside the App.

1. What Counts as User-Generated Content

UGC includes, but is not limited to:

• Profile details, photos, and media you upload

• Comments, messages, reviews, posts, or feedback

• Any information shared through chat or interaction features

• Any content you create or submit while using the App

You are responsible for everything you publish inside the App.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You own the content you upload or have permission to share it.

• Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

• Your content does not threaten the safety, privacy, or well-being of others.

• You will use the App respectfully and responsibly.

3. Content You Cannot Upload

You must not upload, share, or submit content that contains:

a. Illegal or Harmful Content

• Violence, threats, self-harm encouragement, weapons, drugs

• Promotion of illegal activity or harmful behavior

b. Abusive or Harassing Content

• Bullying, stalking, harassment

• Hate speech or discrimination against any individual or group

c. Sexual or Adult Content

• Nudity, sexually explicit behavior, pornography

• Any content involving minors (strictly prohibited and reported)

d. Graphic or Violent Material

• Gore, injury images, disturbing visuals

e. Misleading or Fraudulent Information

• Fake identities, impersonation, scams, deceptive claims

f. Intellectual Property Violations

• Content you do not own or do not have rights to distribute

• Unauthorised use of copyrighted images, videos, or material

We reserve the right to remove such content without notice.

4. License You Grant to Us

By submitting UGC in the App, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Store, display, process, and use your content within the App

• Modify formatting or size for technical purposes

• Use your content for moderation, security, and safety measures

You still own your content — we just need permission to operate the App properly.

5. Content Review & Moderation

We may use automated tools and human moderators to:

• Review or filter content

• Remove content that violates these terms

• Restrict or suspend accounts for harmful or repeated violations

We may also report illegal or dangerous content to law-enforcement authorities.

6. Reporting & Blocking

The App provides features to:

• Report harmful or inappropriate content

• Report suspicious or abusive users

• Block users to prevent further contact

We review reports based on severity and risk.

7. Your Interaction With Others’ Content

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, or share someone else’s content outside the App without permission

• Misuse, distribute, or republish content belonging to other users

Respect other users’ privacy and rights.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

UGC may be visible to other users depending on the App’s features.

Please avoid sharing:

• Private data

• Sensitive personal information

• Financial or identity details

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or deactivate your account if:

• You repeatedly violate UGC guidelines

• You share harmful, illegal, or dangerous content

• We receive valid legal complaints or safety warnings

Termination may be permanent in severe cases.

10. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this UGC Terms Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
